Teriyaki Steak




  1. Place all ingredients into a large plastic bag with a strong seal. Rotate bag to ensure that all ingredients are well-mixed and the steak is fully coated in the sauce.
  2. Place bag into refrigerator. Marinate at least overnight, but preferably 1-2 full days. Rotate bag every few hours to ensure steak is fully marinated.



  1. Place cooked steak onto a clean cutting board
  2. Using a sharp chef's knife, cut the steak into long, one-inch-wide strips. Best results will be achieved by cutting against (i.e., perpendicular to) the grain of the meat, with the knife at a 45 degree angle to the vertical
