Quick Chicken Teriyaki




  1. Heat oil in large (3 quarts or greater) nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 5-7 minutes or until cooked through, stirring frequently.
  2. Add water, teriyaki sauce and garlic. Stir until well mixed. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in rice, broccoli, peppers, carrots, nuts and pepper flakes. Cover skillet and simmer on low for 5 minutes. Remove from heat but keep covered. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve immediately.
